Fairy Falls

The short hike to Fairy Falls is right off the path that provides aerial views of Grand Prismatic Springs. On the whole, an easy couple of miles but also a fairly boring couple of miles if you’re not immersed in conversation with your company. Arrival at Fairy Falls waterfall marks the end-point of the trail. Since we were exploring with our nephews and niece, the falls provided a nice spot to pause for lunch, for the kids to play and explore, an opportunity to snap a few family pictures, and some time to bond with the locals.

I’m honestly not sure how much I’d recommend this hike to someone traveling without kids or looking for a really phenomenal hike. However, it suited our purposes quite nicely.
